For over 15 years Northwest Closets and Wallbeds has been designing and installing all types of organizing systems in the South Sound including Olympia, Tumwater, Lacey, Northwest Landing, and the ever-expanding neighborhoods in and around Jubilee. We place an emphasis on value whether it be a reach-in closet, or an elegant walk-in closet—we will tailor the closet to meet your needs and budget. There is nothing like having and organized closet, panty, mudroom, home office room, kids’ closets, garages—anywhere you need to get organized, and easily find your things. We offer free in-home consultations, the best materials available, including choices of hardware, and accessories. Being a locally owned and family operated company for over 15 years, we do not have the burden of franchise fees, high national advertising costs, and high-paid commission sales representatives. That translates into great savings for you, the customer. As for how we treat our customers, check out our testimonials, and our Better Business Bureau rating. We are what is referred to as a “Golden Rule” company. We treat people right! Our closets do no use cheaply constructed wire shelving, nor a rail-hanging system. We provide well-constructed organizers, and drawer banks with full-extension drawer slides, and joinery found in furniture style bookcases that can be either wall mounted (directly into studs), or floor based. Our “no-pressure” process is quite simple. No gimmicks, no endless callbacks to drive you crazy. Free of charge, our design consultant will meet with you at your home, discuss wants and needs, show you options in materials, and go over your expectations as to what can or cannot be provided. After taking measurements of the given area(s), you will in short-order be provided with excellent drawings and a quote so you will know exactly what will be done and for what price. Any changes that you may have decided on in the meantime can then be modified as needed. That’s pretty much it. You then approve the plan, provide a deposit, and you will get an estimated installation date. Call today to set up an appointment!

According to recent surveys by the closet industry, garages are really getting a bad rap! They have become more of a haphazard storage area than for their intended use. Northwest Closets and Wallbeds can make a huge difference in how to utilize this “forgotten room”. Lining one, or several walls in your garage with well constructed, attractive cabinets will go a long way in organizing things. You may even get to put your car where it belongs! Getting stuff off the floor and into organized cabinets, or overhead racks will make an amazing difference in your life. You’ll know where stuff is! We use heavy-duty, adjustable shelving to accommodate objects of various heights; power tools, kitchen appliances, all sorts of things. Overhead racks provide storage for those odd shaped items, bulky boxes, and seasonal items. Check out some of the garages we have rescued in the gallery on our website. If you want your garage back—give us a call today!

What’s the difference between a Wallbed and a Murphy Bed? There isnone. The Wallbed is simply a more modern expression for Mr. Murphy’soriginal invention. However, they have come a long way in terms of designoptions, and mechanisms. The modern wallbed features beautiful woodveneers, various front designs, and easy, weight-adjusted mechanisms foreasy pull-down and lifting. Northwest Closets and Wallbeds offers a number of choices in wood tones, designs, and styles; custom stains orpaint is available. The Wallbed can be incorporated into an ensemble with a side-tower on each side, or built into a portion of a home office room, which is very often where we install them. An extremely versatile and attractive addition to almost any room. With the advent of downsizing, and the growth of smaller living spaces in apartments and condos, space has
become much more of a premium. Northwest Closets and Wallbeds provides an excellent solution to the occasional visit from a relative or guest. Or, the regular, routine use of the bed in tight quarters. The Wallbed can be either the typical vertical design or horizontal—in either Queen, double, or twin (single) sizes. We also offer a cabinet bed, a unique addition to our line. Wallbeds and cabinet beds tend to blend into the room when not in use. Most people think it is just a large cabinet, not a bed. It’s a lot of fun when you say, “Oh, let me show you what this is”! One last thought: If you happen to have a mattress, chances are it will fit our Northwest Closets Wallbeds. If not, we do provide excellent mattresses at a discounted price. Give us a call to set up an appointment!
